On November 1st, Woapalanne Lodge hosted its annual Lodge Leadership Development (LLD), giving new Arrowmen an opportunity to learn more about the lodge and build their leadership skills. Held at Winnebago Scout Reservation, the event brought together 15 Arrowmen for five engaging training sessions covering planning, time management, lodge structure, budgeting, and more.
In addition to the informative sessions, participants also had the chance to shoot .22-caliber rifles and experience the Winnebago COPE challenge, complete with two ziplines and a high-ropes course.
After a full day of learning and adventure, Arrowmen headed home with a renewed spark of leadership, lasting memories, and stronger connections within the lodge.
