2026 Section Leadership Conference
- April 12, 2026
- 11:30am - 6:30pm
- Bucks County Community College
We were disappointed to share that, due to the recent blizzard and resulting travel concerns, we had to cancel our originally scheduled Section Leadership Conference. While this was not the outcome we had hoped for, the safety of our members remained our top priority. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and flexibility during this unexpected situation.
We are pleased to announce that SLC has been officially rescheduled for April 12th at the same location (Bucks County Community College). To accommodate lodge travel and other events, we have pushed back the check-in to 11:30 AM and the event starting at 12:00 PM. We have adjusted the schedule to offer the same great training sessions for the day and will conclude at 5:00 PM. The conclusion of SLC will be directly followed by the our April Council of Chiefs meeting.
Registration
Registration is still open until Monday, April 6th! With the new date set, we have opened registration for those who are interested in joining us on April 12th. Registration will be open from now until Monday, April 6th, at 5:00 PM EST. If you have already registered, no further action is needed. However, if you are no longer able to attend or have any questions regarding your registration, please contact training@oae17.org
This year, we will be doing our registration through the National Order of the Arrow Event Registration System (NOAERS), similar to conclave. Upon registration, please choose PAY AT EVENT. Your lodge will be charged the event fees following the event.
Trainings
Sunday will feature a wide variety of trainings with a break for lunch. Check-in will take place in the morning and training will go until roughly 4pm. Following the SLC, all participants are welcome to attend and observe the Winter Council of Chiefs Meeting.
Council of Chiefs
Following the conclusion of the trainings, the section will be conducting the annual Spring Council of Chiefs (COC) meeting. COC meetings are typically only open to lodge chiefs, lodge advisers, and section leadership, but this COC meeting is open to all Arrowmen who are interested. The main points on the agenda for this meeting will be going over Conclave plans and other business items. This meeting gives any and all Arrowmen a chance to learn how Section E17 operates!
