Conclave Overview
Arrowmen, join Section E17 for a fun-filled weekend of amazing shows, top-notch trainings, and exhilarating competitions that will take your Scouting experience to the next level! Hosted at the the amazing Forestburg Scout Reservation, join in the celebration of the 250th Anniversary of the foundation of the United States of America. Our Conclave Team is working hard to ensure it is the best event EVER!
Conclave is a section-wide event where we invite the Arrowmen of all our lodges to join us in training, fellowship, and friendly competitions. During our annual Conclave, we have training opportunities from all over the section as well as National OA guests. We also have fun activities, games, and competitions for all our members, no matter their activity level, to participate.
Online Registration
Registration is now open! This year, we will be doing our registration through the National Order of the Arrow Event Registration System (NOAERS), but make sure to check out the trading post on a separate page. Upon registration, participants will need to pay on their own registration fees.
Trainings
As per usual, Saturday morning will feature a wide variety of trainings concluding with a break for lunch and followed with afternoon program.
Theming
This year’s theme, Revolutionary Fellowship, focuses on the celebration of the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States of America. It’s a celebration of American culture, patriotism, revolutionary spirit, and US history. Overall, the weekend will be aimed towards fostering brotherhood against the backdrop of Scouts’ duty to country.

Frequently Asked Questions
This year, registration is done individually through the National Order of the Arrow Registration System (NOAERS). Every participant must register for Conclave as either “Participant Youth” or “Participant Adult” respectively.
Parents, if you are registering your child, please make sure to list their information when registering to ensure we have accurate information for communication and logistics.
Any and all Arrowmen in the eleven (11) lodges of Section E17 are invited and encouraged to attend Conclave! If you have any questions about that, please reach out to your lodge leadership for more information.
Unfortunately, Arrowmen outside of Section E17 cannot attend unless specially invited. Instead, we encourage you to attend your own section’s conclave!
